Led the end-to-end design and establishment of a global capability center, managing scaling strategies toward a target of 150–200 FTEs to trigger full-scale local setup.

Orchestrated high-stakes general insurance transformation — driving industrialization of COTS-based insurance platforms, enterprise-wide Quality Engineering & DevOps maturity, a GCP-based Data Lake, and Power BI-based fund management analytics to accelerate business value.

Enabled end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation on Azure Databricks through a 'Data Hub' connecting planning, execution and forecasting platforms — establishing standardized data architecture across Imperial's data platforms.

Developed a Global Data Lake on Google Cloud Platform as the Single Source of Truth — a single pane of glass empowering decision makers with the right data at the right time across domains such as Cost of Goods Sold, Working Capital and Sales.

Managed a data integration POD handling medium and large changes to a large Snowflake-based data platform across Matillion, Dell Boomi, HVR, Python, Power BI and Snowflake.

Implemented an Azure Databricks-based Trade Fund Promotion calculation engine introducing binding limits on promotional pricing. Established Data Architecture as a Service for the P&G Data Architecture group and delivered 46 epics toward a market share calculation engine.

Delivered a massive data platform modernization — standing up multiple teams across Core Automation, Data Migration and Application Migration for Operations, Finance and Sales. Set up a Sales Data Cataloguing Platform, a GDPR-compliant Data Anonymization platform, and a Legal & Real Estate Data Hub.

Modernized and replaced a legacy campaign management system with a modern data management solution on AWS using multiple Informatica products — storing, processing and serving a single version of truth for operational, analytics and reporting applications.

Delivered a large-scale strategic transformation consolidating multiple legacy billing platforms onto SingleView. Built a billing customer master platform covering cleansing, standardization, de-duplication, survivorship and hierarchy — and designed an AWS-based data lifecycle management / archival system.

Managed multiple high-value, high-visibility projects including a data audit framework, enhancement of a flagship video content management platform, and a big-data-based data storage and abstraction platform.
